“Raymond was polite. He thoroughly explained the treatment process and gave clear instructions on how to care for the area afterward. He advised not to seal the hole the bees were using until the treatment had fully taken effect, which was very helpful. I appreciated the time he took to answer my questions and ensure I understood the next steps. I would definitely recommend his services.”

“We recently had Century Termite inspect for termites and install termite bait/monitoring stations as well as removing and installing new insulation in our attic. Gerald, Ronald and team did an excellent job on the work, they were polite and thorough with good communication and provided all around great service. After this experience we plan to continue going to Century Termite for any related services that we need in the future.”

“Jeron, with Century Termite and Pest was very knowledgeable about where the mice were getting in. He went to check all areas that I had concerns and showed me areas I didn’t consider. He patiently explained what he was doing and took him time. It did not feel like a rushed job.”

“Ron had been our service representative for many years and is always polite, on time, sensitive to keeping our property in good working order, and very effective at the job. He’s amazing at his job and highly recommend this service and him as our representative.”
